Most items will be sent to you with a white, blue or green protective film on both sides of the acrylic, which will need to be removed before use.
PRODUCT CARE
Acrylic will scratch if it comes into contact with anything rough or abrasive. It is very easy to clean using water with a small amount of washing-up liquid. Soft microfibre household cloths are suitable for cleaning, but kitchen roll is not recommended. It is also important that neither solvents (eg. alcohol, acetone, turps) nor window cleaning products (because they often contain alcohol) are used to clean acrylic because they will cause it to crack along the edges. Furniture polishes such as "Mr Sheen" or Johnson's "Pledge" are ideal for polishing the surface and introducing anti-static properties. Specialised acrylic polishes are available to restore the surface finish of acrylic in the case of accidental scratches, these are available from acrylic suppliers.

All payments made on our website are processed through Paypal's secure server for your protection. Our system does not store your credit card information and we do not have access to your payment information.

We aim to dispatch items within 3 working days of payment. We usually dispatch within 24 hours.
Parcels below 2kg will usually be sent by Royal Mail second class (2 - 3 business days).

RETURNS
Please check the measurements of the items you wish to purchase very carefully and make sure they are suitable for your requirements. Although we accept returns, you will have to pay the return postage if there has been no mistake on our part. The original postage paid is also non-refundable in this case. Sizes are clearly indicated in the product description.
Returns will only be accepted for refund if the item is still in its unused condition and if the protective film has not been removed (for acrylic items). We reserve the right to deduct from the refund any charges necessary for packaging/re-packaging, repair or cleaning of any goods returned not in the same condition as upon delivery. We are entitled to recover all costs, loss, charges and expenses incurred in connection with goods returned not saleable as new.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving them.
If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of the products ordered, you must notify us either by the contact form or by phone within 48 hours of the delivery date. We will not be liable for any damage if you fail to do this.
Important message regarding carrier deliveries:
Our larger items are sent in double wall boxes via a carrier. If the box shows visible signs of rough handling such as holes, dents, compression creases etc, please ask to examine the contents before signing for the parcel. Your signature is taken to mean "received in good order". If the parcel has been signed for and damage is noticed once the driver has left, we are not eligible for any compensation. If on opening the parcel the item is found to be damaged, please write "damaged" on the delivery receipt handed to you by the driver.
For goods that are received damaged you must contact us within 48 hours, without using or further unpacking the goods, and return them to us within 7 days. Goods received damaged will be replaced or refunded according to your wishes, when we have received the item(s).
It will be your responsibility to return all goods in the same condition as they were upon delivery.
